Inside, the main living area boasts vaulted ceilings, large windows, custom chandeliers, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, furnished with two plush sofas and a TV with cable. Upstairs, a loft area provides additional entertainment with a full-size sleeper sofa, a skylight, a TV with a DVD player and HDMI port, and a full-size arcade featuring classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger.
The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for three, and a sunlit dining area with a five-person table positioned next to sliding glass doors that lead to the deck. • The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at check-in.
• Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.
• Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
• NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
• No amplified music 24/7
• Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
• Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
• Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Take your furry friend with you
• Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
• Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
• Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
